Vehicles will be used by Viação Vaz for urban transportation
Viação Vaz, from the city of Santo André in the ABC region of São Paulo, has just acquired five new NEOBUS New MEGA urban buses for public transportation in the city of Santo André. The purchase demonstrates the brand's growth in the cities of the metropolitan region of São Paulo with successive sales to state operators.
The vehicles, which were built on Mercedes-Benz OF-1721 chassis, are 12.240mm long and count on three doors with a lift on the central one for full accessibility. Their carrying capacity is of 80 passengers, being 38 seated in high-back upholstered seats and 42 standing.
They also have sliding urban windows on the top, multiplex system, and USB plug sockets in all seats for passengers, as well for the driver. It also comes ready for Wi-Fi, GPS and monitoring system installation with video cameras and monitor on the driver’s dashboard.
The New Mega buses stand out for their extreme robustness. In addition to being spacious, economical and aesthetically attractive, the vehicle was designed to meet the needs of transport operators across the country, combining comfort and great performance.
