NEOBUS STRENGTHENS BRAND POSITIONING

As part of its strategy after being incorporated by Marcopolo S.A., NEOBUS reinforces the positioning of the brand in the market. The manufacturer focuses its attention on the urban (Mega), micro-bus (Thunder) and road segments (N10), aimed at increasing production and market share.

In the first ten months of this year, NEOBUS consolidated its position in the manufacture of microbuses with about 20% market share. The company produced 639 units, against 413 in the same period of 2016, a growth of 64.4%.

Process optimization and operation efficiency

Attentive to the most vigorous market resumption, NEOBUS continues to implement actions to make its operation even more efficient. Since last year, it has been adopting measures to minimize the effects of this downturn and to reduce expenses and fixed costs such as the strengthening of synergies with Marcopolo.
