Manufacturer supplies 20 New MEGA buses to JTP Transportes de Barueri
JTP Transportes, from Barueri, Greater São Paulo, has bought 20 units of the NEOBUS New Mega city bus. This is the first time JTP buys NEOBUS vehicles, which are being incorporated into the company's fleet for operations in the public passenger transport system of Embu das Artes, in São Paulo.
“This is JTP Transportes’ first acquisition of NEOBUS vehicles and it reinforces the competitive advantages of the New MEGA model”, emphasizes Douglas Cristiano Pessoa, NEOBUS sales supervisor.
The 20 New MEGA buses supplied are 12.565mm long, and feature Volkswagen chassis with pneumatic suspension, besides having a carrying capacity of 82 passengers (29 seated and 53 standing) in City Comfort-type seats with headrest. The vehicles have a lift in the central door for accessibility, space for tickets collector's and sealed windows. The vehicles are equipped with air conditioning system, USB outlets in all seats, and electronic destination displays. It is prepared to have Wi-Fi and internal camera monitoring to ensure safety for public transport users.
New Mega buses stand out for their extreme robustness, as well as being spacious, economical and aesthetically attractive. The vehicle was designed to meet the needs of transport operators across the country, combining comfort and great performance.
