Manufacturer will supply over 150 New MEGA units and has gained new customers
NEOBUS has sold more than 150 new New MEGA buses to Minas Gerais urban transport operators. The company has started delivering the vehicles that will meet the fleet renewal programs of the dealership companies of passenger transportation services in the state.
According to the sales supervisor, Douglas Cristiano Pessoa, NEOBUS has always had a strong presence in the city of Belo Horizonte, with the Thunder + minibuses and urban vehicles and has been paying special attention to the recovery of this important market. “With the restructuring of the company and changes in the product portfolio we are focusing on the urban segment, especially with the new New MEGA model”, reveals the executive.
Neobus sold vehicles to groups of major fleet owners in Belo Horizonte and the region, including Viação Globo Ltda., Anchieta Group, Viação Getúlio Vargas Ltda., Viação Euclasio Ltda., Plena Transportes e Turismo Ltda. and City BH Transportes Ltda. “Most importantly, operators are confirming the advantages and differentials of the new vehicle model.” Emphasizes Douglas Cristiano Pessoa.
With 12,240 mm total length, the New MEGA buses can carry up to 36 passengers seated in urban type seats. The vehicle features air conditioning system, elevator, interior lighting, optics and LED taillights finely fitting on injected parts and electronic destination display. The driver's cabin has greater ergonomics and comfort for better driving.
The NEOBUS New MEGA model stands out for its extreme robustness with more interior space for passengers, economy and attractive design lines. The new vehicle was designed to meet the needs of urban transport by combining comfort, greater performance, efficiency and profitability to the operator.
