NEOBUS DEVELOPS SPECIFIC MODEL FOR BELO HORIZONTE SUPPLEMENTAL SERVICE

Vehicles have different configurations to suit local operators.

NEOBUS has developed a new model of Thunder + minibuses specifically for the Supplemental Urban Transport Program of Belo Horizonte, state of Minas Gerais, in which the brand has significant participation. The vehicles, with different configurations and engines, meet BHTrans standards.

Thunder + micros from the BH Supplemental Program can be built on Agrale, Mercedes-Benz and Volkswagen chassis. The vehicle is 9,000 mm long, features 20 high-back upholstered seats in the passenger saloon and wheelchair space. With two right-hand doors and a lift for people with reduced mobility at the front door, they also have a climate control system for better interior ventilation, LED indoor and outdoor lighting, and electronic destination displays, as well as an internal camera monitoring system that can use up to four video cameras.

According to Douglas Cristiano Pessoa, NEOBUS national sales supervisor, the brand has been working to offer efficient and competitive solutions according to the needs of each market. “Our goal is to offer the best value for money with high quality standards. We also want to strengthen our after-sales and service network to better serve our customers,” says the executive.
